It is impossible to guarantee any wood based laminate flooring to be 100% waterproof. Many people do offer guarantees and say that the wear layer is coated to protect against water, and some are better than others at protecting against minor spills, but the fact is any laminate with a woodern core cannot be 100% waterproof so should not be used in bathrooms and shower rooms, they can also prove problematic in kitchens.
